okay, im continuing the post from yesterday.
okay.. so it was damn tiring. I had to carry a 5kg weightlift and squat 90 degrees. It was damn tiring i tell u. We were supposed to onli do 120 times. But i did extra 50 because i found out i did wrongly for 50 times. (: haha. total i did 170 leh. pro rite. After that during training, teacher say if miss one time need to do 5 times of the 10kg de. Wah, then i damn unlucky leh, every round oso miss. dunno do how many times arh. Do until leg so pain.
Aiya, actually still got a lot to type de. But forgot liao.
